So, I was having issues with the transmission on my truck. I took it elsewhere and was told I needed a new transmission costing over $4200 and was charged about $150 for this poor information.

I then took it to Coleman. Turns out the issue had nothing to do with the transmission. Electrical gremlins were the culprit. I was surprised that this was the issue but tremendously thankful that Coleman had the experience and knowledge to get it right, the first time and in a timely manner. Also, I saved over $3000 on the repair cost of the other place (technically more since a new transmission would not have solved the problem). I have driven my truck over 2000 miles since then and have had zero issues with it.

I will certainly be returning to Coleman for future repairs to my vehicles!

My 20 year Dodge 1500 had some issues, Troy gave me an estimate. We reviewed the estimate together, there was absolutely no 'sales pressure' or the 'if it was my family, I would definitely get this fixed' lines. None of the typical things you hear from repair shops. My truck now runs great with a final cost a little less than the estimate. What? You heard me. Coleman is a no BS shop. Take your vehicle there and fuhgeddaboudit!
